Pomegranate Mojito (alcohol free) with Ellen Lubin Sherman

1/4 cup pomegranate juice
3/4 cup Perrier
1/2 of a lime
10 mint leaves

In a shaker, muddle 9 mint leaves with 2 lime wedges and a splash of pomegranate juice. Add ice and the rest of the juice and shake. Add the Perrier and flip gently twice to mix the ingredients. Pour over ice into a tall glass and garnish with remaining mint and a lime wedge.
