Sister Juana’s Sangria (white wine) with Sandra Rodriguez Barron

1 bottle of white wine (we used Cavit)
2 cups cubed frozen mango & pineapple
1 lemon, sliced (optional)
2 oz. brandy (optional)
½ liter of ginger ale, club soda or lemon-lime soda (depending on your sweet tooth)

Pour wine into a pitcher, add brandy if desired. Add fruit. Chill overnight. Add lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, or club soda just before serving. To serve right away, use chilled white wine and serve over lots of ice.
